Who is responsible
The site gamequant.io is operated by GameQuant, the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@gamequant.io.
What we process
- Server logs. When you open a page, the server records your IP address, the time, the address you asked for, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to keep the site running and to stop abuse, such as automated bulk requests. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
- Messages. If you write to us by e-mail or through the contact form, we keep what you send (your name, e-mail address, company, role and the message) to answer you and, where it leads to one, to prepare and perform a contract. We keep it for as long as the enquiry and any resulting business relationship last.
The site has no user accounts and no advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors. Visits may be counted with cookieless measurement that does not identify you.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We set no cookies. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from automated traffic.
If you switch the site to the dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device, so the next page opens in the same theme. It is not sent to us and holds nothing else. Switching back or clearing the site's data removes it.
Legal basis
Server logs: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Messages: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who receives the data
- Our hosting and network providers, which run the server and deliver the site. Some operate outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for by data protection law.
- Our e-mail and messaging providers, which deliver the messages you send us to our team.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable form, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@gamequant.io. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
The data on the site
The site publishes data about apps and companies, not about people. It contains no personal data of app users and no review text.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
