The site gamequant.io is operated by GameQuant. By using it you accept these terms.
Information, not advice
The site is for information only. Nothing on it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Company and ticker names identify who publishes an app and say nothing about the company's shares.
The data is collected from third-party sources, is delayed, and can contain errors and gaps. It is provided as it is, without a warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
What you may do
- Read the site for personal use and for use inside your organisation.
- Quote individual figures and charts with the credit “Source: GameQuant” and a link to the page.
What you may not do
- Collect the content by automated means: scraping, crawling or bulk downloading. Search engines indexing the site are excepted.
- Copy a substantial part of the content, or use it to build or feed a database, dataset or product.
- Resell or redistribute the content.
- Work around request limits or other technical protections.
Bulk and commercial use is available under a licence. Request data. Licensed data is governed by its own agreement, not by these terms.
Names, icons and trademarks
App names, icons and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products the data describes. GameQuant is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any store operator, publisher or company shown. Rights holders can write to contact@gamequant.io.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss resulting from use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
These terms can change; the date at the top shows the current version. They are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established.
